Returns Policy

At Prestige Medical Wholesale, we are committed to providing high-quality medical supplies. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds for eligible products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of medical products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on medical supplies that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty.

2. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. After this period, returns are no longer accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

• Reason for return

• Photo evidence (if applicable, for damaged or faulty items)

We will respond within 48 hours with further instructions on how to return the product.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be in unused condition, with all original packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product has been used or the packaging has been tampered with.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Please note that any shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty or incorrect item).

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances, including:

• Opened or used medical supplies

• Custom or special-order items

• Perishable goods (such as liquids or sterile items with seals broken)

8. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with detailed photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
